The 4th floor had issues keeping the room temperature below 70 degrees despite the high outside temperatures.

The hotel was conveniently located near Regal Cinema and plenty of restaurants, making it easy for us to enjoy family outings. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Conner, who made our morning breakfast delightful. Plus, we had a comfortable stay with my cousin and her kids.

My kids wished there were more fun activities for them to enjoy during our stay.

I stayed in the Executive King Room with Sofa Bed, Non-Smoking and it was comfy enough. The strong water pressure in the shower was a real plus, felt refreshing! AC worked okay, but the fridge wasn't keeping my drinks super cold. Just a bit too soft for my taste on the mattress. Cleanliness was solid, though, and I enjoyed the cozy duvet. Overall, a decent stay, but the bed could use an upgrade.

The elevator has an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a neglected gas station restroom. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. I found hair on the bathroom floor and dirty marks in the tub. Furthermore, the shower took an eternity to fill the tub, as there was no water spout, rendering the bath experience less than relaxing.
